Gridlight terms of use

Gridlight is a block puzzle by Precious Thundu Chindongo. These terms cover the website at blockpuzzlegame.app, the eight-move browser round, and the iOS and Android apps when they are available. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

What you can do

You may play Gridlight for personal, non-commercial use. You may share a score, a Daily Light result, or an invite code with a friend. You may not copy the game, strip its name, or present it as someone else’s work.

The browser round is a short taster. It does not save a score, a level, or a daily result. Levels, Daily Light, the shop, and saved progress live in the app.

Accounts, saves, and age

You do not need an account to play the board. Cloud save, friend invites, and the optional leaderboard need a network and, for the leaderboard, a player name and a confirmed email. Leaderboard join is for people who are 18 or older, or who have a parent or guardian’s agreement, as described in the privacy policy.

If you delete your cloud data in Settings, the online account and its leaderboard scores go with it. Local progress on the phone can remain until you uninstall the app.

Purchases, coins, and ads

Coin packs, Remove Ads, and other shop items are sold by Apple or Google when those stores list Gridlight. Prices come from the store. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. A purchase grant follows the store’s refund rules.

Ads are optional. A rewarded video starts only after you tap. Remove Ads and an Ad-free Day change what appears; they do not change the puzzle rules.

Fair play

The next pieces come from the board and a seed. They do not read your score, your streak, or a purchase. Scores you send to the leaderboard are replayed from the move list. A name or score that breaks the rules can be hidden.

Do not interfere with the service, create accounts in bulk to farm bonuses, or submit scores you did not play.

The site and the apps

The website, the taster, and the apps are provided as they are. Precious Thundu Chindongo is not liable for lost scores, a missed daily, or a store outage. The shop may take a break; if it does, you have not been charged.
